LIFE GROUPS
Life Groups are the primary place of pastoral care in Melton Vineyard and provide ‘first-line’ pastoral support, which is why we encourage everyone who makes Melton Vineyard their church to get connected to one of our groups, even if they're not able to make a regular commitment to the group's usual meeting time.
PASTORAL CARE TEAM
Additional support for Life Group members can be accessed via the Pastoral Care Team, who can signpost you to the most appropriate resource. These include:
The Freedom in Christ Course
We recommend that everyone does this 10 week course as the first step to finding greater wholeness. As part of the course, guests have 3–5 hours with two people who will help them go through the steps to freedom. This is an opportunity to find greater freedom and come to a deeper understanding and experience of what it means to be a child of God.
Recovery/ Restore Groups
These run alongside Life Groups, facilitated by Pastoral Team members trained in the specific area offered, including bereavement and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, divorce, relationship issues.
Personal Prayer Ministry
A ministry model that consists of up to four sessions with two people trained in this deeper form of prayer ministry. It involves listening to God with and for people to bring healing to past and present concerns.
SOZO Ministry
This ministry involves helping people to connect more fully with the Godhead. It helps to get to the root of issues to bring new freedom.
